1. About TiviTaim

TiviTaim is an IPTV player application. It is a player only: TiviTaim does not provide, host, sell, license, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, or other audiovisual content, and it does not sell IPTV subscriptions or access to third-party services.

Users are responsible for the sources, playlists, portals, and services they choose to connect to the application and for having the necessary rights or permissions to access them.

2. Information the app may process

Depending on the features you use, the application may process information needed to operate the player and its services, such as device identifiers, app/device information, activation or session information, and connection information.

If you choose to connect your own IPTV source, the app may process the connection information you provide, such as an M3U playlist URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or Stalker portal information. This information is used to connect the player to the source you selected; TiviTaim does not provide that source or its content.

3. Advertising

The free version of TiviTaim may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may process device and advertising information in accordance with Google's policies. You can learn more about Google's privacy practices at Google Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

TiviTaim may offer a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play Billing. TiviTaim does not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Google Play. Purchase verification may use a Google Play purchase token and server-side verification to determine whether the Remove Ads entitlement is valid.

5. How information is used

• To operate and maintain the application.
• To connect to sources selected by the user.
• To maintain device activation and application sessions where applicable.
• To display advertisements to users who have not removed them.
• To verify Google Play purchases and provide the Remove Ads entitlement.
• To diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

6. Third-party services

The application may interact with third-party services selected or required for specific functions, including Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and the external IPTV sources configured by the user. Their own privacy policies and terms apply to their services.

7. Content and subscriptions

TiviTaim does not sell IPTV subscriptions and does not supply audiovisual content. We do not operate a catalog of channels, movies, or series. The application provides playback and connectivity tools for sources chosen by the user.

8. Data retention and security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the application and its backend services. Retention depends on the type of information and the feature involved. Users should not provide information to the app that they are not authorized to use.

9. Children's privacy

TiviTaim is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for the purpose of creating an account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application or its services change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

لا يستهدف TiviTaim الأطفال بشكل خاص، ولا نطلب عن علم معلومات شخصية من الأطفال بغرض إنشاء حساب.
